Dr. Maranon is board certified and has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery in the San Fernando Valley since 1993. He practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise in performing dental implant surgery, bone grafting, and third molar (wisdom tooth) removal.
He also performs dental extractions, oral pathology, temporomandibular joint disorders, corrective and reconstructive jaw surgery, and addresses facial trauma.
Dr. Maranon has the ability to perform these office-based procedures under general anesthesia. In addition, Dr. Maranon is on the medical staff of Northridge Hospital Medical Center and the Providence Tarzana Medical Center.
